- Her secretarial experience includes working in
a medical practice and physiotherapy and sports
injury clinics.
- Responsible for co-ordinating client services,
providing administrative support to our therapists,
clerical staff training and supervision.
- Liaises with our Helensburgh Practice, doctors,
patients, physiotherapists, management and staff
on a daily basis.
- Focuses on maintaining a comfortable, caring and
friendly environment for our patients as well
as overseeing the efficient and professional operations
of our physiotherapy business.
- Being a local resident for 40 years, Helen inderstands
and respects the confidentiality and privacy that
our patients are entitled to.

- Joined S.S.P. in 2007;
- Has a friendly personality with a passion for
helping people;
- As well as liaising with our Helensburgh Practice,
patients, physiotherapists, doctors, etc, she
attends to our creditors’ accounts and payroll;
- Dedicated to creating a comfortable environment
for our patients and the smooth day to day running
of our practice.

- One half of the dynamic duo at the Helensburgh
Practice, Janette joined S.S.P. in 2006;
- A local resident for 18 years she has a happy,
friendly manner and customer service is her top
priority;
- Liaises with our Engadine Practice, patients, physiotherapists
and doctors, as well as taking care of appointments
and accounts;
- Ensures everything runs smoothly.

Emma, joined S.S.P.
in 2008;
- Her friendly smile and caring manner is what you will
notice when you arrive.;
- Also a long time local resident, she shares the clerical
and administrative responsibilities at the Helensburgh
Practice.
